At Mace you are fully supported whatever your career aspirations or past experience might be. Our mentoring programme was established five years ago to give everyone in the company access to a dedicated, independent and fully trained mentor.

Your mentor can help you understand your particular needs, help you draft short-term action plans and long-term career goals and identify the type of work and environment that will suit your personal and professional growth.

A Mace mentor's role is to monitor and counsel the employee to help them grow and develop within the Mace Group.

The entire group is encouraged to get involved in the scheme as either a mentor, a mentee or both. It is a great way to learn from more experienced colleagues as a mentee; and a great way to develop your coaching skills and give something back to the firm as a mentor.
