Mace Living achieves 9001:2000 accreditation

After many months of hard work and an extensive review of the newly developed management plan, Mace Living received 9001:2000 accreditation by external auditor, British Standards Institute (BSi) on the 24 October.
9001:2000 is the international recognized standard for quality management systems, establishing global standards for quality good practice. The accreditation is taken seriously by the Mace Living board and is a reflection of the business's vision to deliver a quality service and product.
The audit included the review of the entire management system with particular focus on the bid management / business strategy sections. The auditors commented on the comprehensive system and the team's commitment to it.
Robert Kremis, Mace Living's managing director commented, ‘Congratulations to Neil and the team for their exceptional work on the management system. We look forward to our first surveillance visit in February 2009.'
