Macro, the facilities management arm of the Mace Group is delighted to announce that it has expanded its operations in Ireland.
Following a review of services by Macro in 2007, the in-house facilities team at the Dublin offices of Invesco transferred to Macro on 1st March 2008. Macro will now be providing the following managed services to the Invesco Dublin office:
- mechanical and electrical maintenance
- cleaning
- reception
- landscaping
- catering
- waste management
- project management
- fabric maintenance
- energy management services
- helpdesk services
Sister brand to Macro, fm24, is delivering the helpdesk services and will continue to be the central point of contact for building users at all Invesco locations, thus providing consistent, regular management information, data analysis and reports.
The contract is worth over £1.5m over the next three years and is Macro's first venture in the Republic of Ireland.
Andy Cooper, responsible for the Macro mobilisation comments: "We have demonstrated robust and reliable FM service delivery in the UK and our client has demonstrated their trust in our services by extending them to the Dublin office. We are delighted to have been given this opportunity with Invesco."
Denise Harrison, Head of Property and Facilities (EMEA), of Invesco adds: "It made sense for us to extend the Macro contract to our Dublin office. We receive an excellent service in the UK and it means we can provide consistency of service to our customers and we benefit from good management information across our UK&I portfolio."
Macro currently provides facilities management services to Invesco in Henley and London. It also provides FM support to Invesco throughout continental Europe.
