Mace Group is pleased to announce it has two finaiists in this year's Construction Manager of the Year Awards. Karl Barr has been shortlisted in the new build/ refurbishment projects over £10m to £15m for his work on the Milton Park development for client MEPC and Chris Travers has been shortlisted in the new build/ refurbishment projects over £7m to £10m for the Granta Park development, again for client MEPC.
This years awards will be the largest to date with 115 finalists. The CMYA are the only awards that recognise individual management achievement & showcase the best of the best in the construction industry. Finalists have been through the tough process of documentation, interviews and site visits to get to this point in the competition and we wish Kark and Chris all the very best of luck!
The Awards ceremony and Gala evening takes place at the Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane on the 27th October.
Mace Group has entered a number of people over the years and in 2000, Ian Egger, managing director of construction management, was named overall construction manager of the year for his role on the Carlton Gardens project.
