CMC Markets is a leading UK based financial derivatives dealer and appointed Como to fit out their new London headquarters in the City of London. Como was appointed on the back of is extensive experience in the financial fit out sector and in working in occupied buildings together with offering a proactive approach to working with the professional team.

Key to the project was the installation of a 3,500 square foot data centre located on the ground floor. The Como team worked hard to enable the handover of the data centre two weeks earlier than programmed. This was a great benefit to the client’s IT team as they had extra time to complete their works.

The rest of the works included the fit out of the first and third floors at 133 Houndsditch and the Como were able to further add value by handing over the space four weeks early allowing the client additional time to move staff in. One of CMC Market’s objectives was to achieve a SKA sustainability rating and Como worked with the professional team to achieve this.
