Mace has been working with Guys and St Thomas' Foundation Trust since 2008, providing expertise and innovation in clinical strategy, programme management and project management, supporting the Trust as they continue to build on their traditions of having a reputation for clinical excellence and strong track record of financial management.

Currently the Mace team at Guys and St Thomas' provide a comprehensive end to end service to our customer to include:

• Health strategy advice and programme and project feasibilty planning
• Total activity planning and programme management of Trust capital projects
• Performance management and KPI measurement systems and processes
• Design management and development of Trust design standards
• Project management and efficient close out of Trust capital projects
• Post Project Review workshops and effective lessons learnt studies

The Mace team brings a detailed knowledge of stakeholder and supply chain management to Guys and St Thomas'. Our expertise is underpinned by strong systems and processes and an experienced Mace team operating successfully within the healthcare industry.
