Ukrainian suite

Mace was project manager for the construction of the 5* luxury Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kiev, Ukraine, just one of many high-end international hospitality developments we have delivered around the world.The £19m project involved the construction of a part-finished former hotel project, turning it into a 5 star hotel in the business district of the Ukranian capital, Kiev.The hotel incorporates a new presidential suite in addition to restaurants, bars, meeting rooms and car parking.The project team exceeded one million accident free man-hours on site and client Sofia Kiev congratulated the Mace project management team and Turkish contractor Aysel on the achievement.The project was completed in December 2006.
