Information

Mace is delivering an integrated service offer of construction management, cost management and project management role on the prestigious Port Baku Residences development in Azerbaijan; the largest development in the country.

This mixed use development will feature a total built up area of 375,000m2: three towers, 32 floors high, containing 872 high end residential apartments, three floors of commercial retail space totaling an area of 30,000m2 and 2000 car parking spaces over three levels of basement.

Facilities and services will also include 24 hour concierge and security, gym and wellness complex and multi-purpose convention rooms.

Construction work commenced in May 2009, and the scheme will complete at the end of 2012.

This development is the largest of its kind currently under construction in Azerbaijan.
