The project consists of 53 new social rented dwellings procured through the Design and Build route. Sense were appointed in June 2004 to act as the client's QS and to offer support to the Mace Project Manager / Employer's agent.

Our role includes negotiation with the main contractor (with a view to strategic partnering for future phases) and the administration of the contract from commencement to final account.
