fm24 has developed a comprehensive network of service providers throughout the UK, covering every type of facilities discipline. Each contractor has been tested and proven to meet the demanding standards that we insist upon for our clients.

For those clients who see a benefit in a Turnkey service, we are able to compile a bespoke package of services, using vetted service providers who are best matched to meet those unique demands of the client.

We will sometimes be asked to retain one or more contractors that the client is quite happy with. In such situations we will always be happy to manage the contractor on behalf of the client and will often take on the contractor ourselves should the client wish.
