Role: Commercial Lead - Corporate team

Ivan is responsible for the commercial aspects of our Corporate Sector projects and is one of Mace Plus' most senior and experienced commercial managers with an excellent proven track record and a wealth of experience built up from being actively involved in, overseeing and delivering projects and developments over a wide variety of sectors.

These sectors include commercial, retail, residential, educational, leisure and health on a new build, refurbishment, cut & carve and fit out basis including complex and mixed use projects involving multi phasing and sectional completions and projects that require existing facilities to remain fully operational with minimal disruption whilst the construction works progress.

Ivan has developed his extensive knowledge during his 17 years experience within the industry on a number of single and two stage projects under a variety of contract conditions, including JCT traditional, design & build, management forms and the NEC forms with project values ranging from £5 to £70 million.

As part of his role Ivan is actively and keenly involved in exploring opportunities to deliver benefits, in particular cost efficiencies and proper full risk management, into the projects coupled with effective procurement strategies which are bespoke to the needs and aspirations of individual Clients, their teams, projects and stakeholders where appropriate.

Being involved in a number of projects allows Ivan to cultivate best practice and innovation across our business, which is fundamental to our corporate philosophy of striving continually to improve our service.

Ivan's core skills are his lateral thinking, enthusiasm, drive and professional approach. He has a proven track record of delivery through being a 'team player' that integrates quickly with client teams and advocates an integrated team approach. He also has a sound commercial background and is a committed, pragmatic and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering best value through an open 'no surprises approach' and efficient collaborative working.
