Information

The project consisted of the refit of an existing Marks & Spencer "Simply Food" together with its extension into, and fit out of an adjacent existing retail unit. Also involved over both units was the creation of a new first floor mezzanine and external signage works to the frontages.

The works transformed what was a single storey Simply Food store into a two storey fully fledged retail M&S Store. The current store continued trading throughout the works. During the initial weeks on site that the Landlords developer carried a full replacement of the existing façade. With the store more than doubling in size a full upgrade and renewal of the electrical and gas infrastructure was also required.
